A: Standard turnaround is typically 3-5 business days for most projects. Rush service is available for an additional fee depending on the project scope and my current workload.

Process & Communication
Q: How does the workflow work?
A: After discussing your project, you'll send me the images via your preferred file transfer method (Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, etc.). I'll provide a quote and timeline, and upon approval, I'll begin work. You'll receive edited images for review, and I include one round of revisions to ensure you're completely satisfied.

Q: What file formats do you accept?
A: I work with all standard formats including RAW files (CR2, NEF, ARW, etc.), TIFF, PSD, and high-quality JPEGs. For best results, I prefer RAW or uncompressed formats when possible.

Q: How many revisions are included?
A: Each project includes one round of reasonable revisions at no additional cost. If you need extensive changes beyond the original scope, additional revision rounds can be added for a small fee.

Q: How do you handle feedback and revisions?
A: I encourage detailed feedback using annotated images, written notes, or reference examples. Clear communication helps me deliver exactly what you're envisioning. I'll make adjustments promptly and keep you updated throughout the revision process.

Q: What software do you use?
A: I primarily work in Adobe Photoshop with advanced techniques including dodge and burn, colour grading, and masking. I also use Lightroom for RAW processing when needed.

A: My approach is natural and refined, enhancing images while maintaining authenticity. However, I'm adaptable and can match your preferred style, whether that's minimal, editorial, high-end beauty, or something more stylized. I always work to your specifications and brand guidelines.

Q: Can you match my existing retouching style?
A: Absolutely! If you have examples of previous work or specific style references, I can analyse and replicate that aesthetic to ensure consistency across your portfolio or brand.

Q: Do you deliver layered files?
A: Final delivery is typically in flattened JPEG format at your specified resolution. Layered PSD files can be provided if you need them for future editing flexibility.

Rights & Confidentiality
Q: Who owns the retouched images?
A: You retain full rights to all retouched images. I may request permission to use selected work in my portfolio, but I always respect client confidentiality and will keep work private if preferred.

Q: Do you sign NDAs?
A: Yes, I'm happy to sign non-disclosure agreements for projects requiring confidentiality, particularly for unreleased campaigns, celebrity work, or sensitive commercial projects.

Q: Can I use the images for commercial purposes?
A: Yes! You have complete rights to use the retouched images for any commercial or personal purposes. The retouching service fee covers full usage rights.

Payment & Policies
Q: What payment methods do you accept? I
A: accept bank transfers. For larger projects, I typically require 50% upfront with the balance due upon delivery.

Q: What's your cancellation policy?
A: If you need to cancel after work has begun, payment for completed work is required. For projects cancelled before I start, deposits may be refunded minus any consultation time, or applied to future projects.

Q: How do I get a quote?
A: Send me a few representative images from your project along with a description of the retouching needed, your deadline, and any style references. I'll provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.

A: To begin, I'll need the image files, a description of desired retouching (or reference examples), your preferred file format for delivery, deadline, and any specific brand guidelines or restrictions.

Q: Do you have a minimum order?
A: While I accept single-image projects, there's a minimum fee of £60 to account for project setup and communication. This ensures quality attention to every project regardless of size.
